===============

FULL AND SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit research papers representing original,
previously unpublished work. All papers must be submitted electronically in
PDF format and comply with the ACM format (described at
http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html). Authors must make use
of the JEMS/SBC system (https://submissoes.sbc.org.br) for all submissions.
Papers can be written in either English or Portuguese. One author per paper
is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper if
accepted for publication.

Accepted papers (Portugues or English) will be published by the ACM
Digital Library. See the 2006 edition in
http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=1186595.

Full-Papers (between six and eight pages) should report on substantial
research supported by complete results. Short-Papers (4 pages) should
describe ongoing work and contain partial results.

****
The reviewing process will be double blind, so submissions should be
anonymous: do not include the authors' names or affiliations in the
paper or any clearly identifiable information. It is appropriate to cite
past work of the authors if these citations are treated like any other
(e.g., "Smith [5] approached this problem by....") - omit references
only if it would be obviously identifying the authors.
